用于三个开源的rm插件开发，主要包括qq互联、物资和会谈插件，以后会逐渐追加其他插件，或者专题设立子项目做跟踪。

This project is used for the three plugins' development for redmine. It mainly includes qq_connect, materials and chat plugin. Other plugins will be added later and some of them may be set into sub-project.
